I was very impressed with Dr. Eckhardt's staff. Even on the phone his staff answered all my questions and made sure I had all the correct information before I came in for my appointment. They were all very warm and friendly. Making sure I was taken care of. Dr Eckhardt answered all the question I had written down before I even asked them! He made sure I understood the procedure and what would happen at the hospital.

I am so very pleased with my results. He treated me as a person and not a procedure. I would choose Dr. Eckhardt again in a heart beat. He and his staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable.
